Website Terms & Conditions
Terms governing access to and use of the AIT Technology website.
Last updated: 7 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you access or use aittech.co.uk. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. About AIT Technology
This website is operated by:

3. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful business or personal information purposes. You must not:
- use it in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- interfere with its operation, availability or security;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
- introduce malware, malicious code or harmful material;
- carry out automated requests or other activity that places an unreasonable load on the website; or
- test or circumvent security controls without written permission.
4. Website information and services
The website provides general information about AIT Technology and services including AI and business automation, custom software, systems integration, warehouse and operational software, Managed IT and Automation Discovery. Content may be corrected, updated, expanded or withdrawn from time to time.
Website content does not itself create a contract or commitment to provide services. Any project is subject to confirming requirements and availability and, where appropriate, an agreed scope, quotation or proposal, project terms, Statement of Work or other contract.
5. Prices shown on the website
Prices described as “from” are indicative starting prices. “Typical project” ranges are illustrative only. Actual pricing depends on factors such as scope, complexity, requirements, existing systems, integrations, data, delivery circumstances and ongoing support needs.
Prices displayed on the website are not binding quotations. A binding price will be set out in an agreed quotation, proposal or contract.
Automation Discovery
Automation Discovery is currently advertised at a fixed price of £495. Its scope and availability must still be confirmed before an engagement begins. Where the client proceeds with the implementation recommended through that Discovery, the website’s current commercial proposition is that the £495 Discovery fee can be credited against the implementation project. The detailed scope, credit arrangement and other applicable terms will be confirmed in the relevant quotation, proposal or project agreement.
6. Free 30-Minute Automation Review
The Free 30-Minute Automation Review is an initial discussion intended to understand one business process and identify possible next steps. It is not a full technical audit, solution architecture, implementation design, or legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
The review does not guarantee that automation will be suitable or that any particular operational, financial or technical outcome will be achieved. There is no obligation to purchase services following the review.
7. Separate project agreements
These website terms do not replace project-specific agreements. Automation, software development, systems integration, Managed IT and other paid work may require a separate proposal, quotation, Statement of Work, service agreement, support agreement or data-processing terms, as appropriate.
Those documents, once agreed, will govern the specific engagement. Ownership of client software, pre-existing intellectual property, third-party software and project deliverables will be dealt with in the applicable project agreement rather than these website terms.
8. Intellectual property in the website
Unless stated otherwise, AIT Technology owns or is licensed to use the website’s branding, layout, original text and other protected materials. You may view and use the website for normal business or personal information purposes.
You must not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, distribute or adapt a substantial part of the website without our prior written permission, except where the law permits it.
9. Third-party links
The website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We do not control those websites, and a link does not automatically mean that we endorse their content, products or services. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices, which you should review before using them.
10. Availability and security
We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw or change functionality, update content, or carry out maintenance at any time.
You are responsible for using suitable security controls on your own systems and for ensuring that anyone accessing the website through your connection understands these terms.
11. Responsibility for website content
We take reasonable care when preparing website information, but cannot guarantee that all content will always be complete, current or suitable for a particular business. Website content should not be relied upon as a substitute for a project-specific assessment of your requirements, systems, risks and circumstances.
To the extent permitted by law, AIT Technology is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or from temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information collected through the website. Our Cookie Policy explains the website’s current use of cookies and similar technologies.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website, our services or relevant legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from use of this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory rights that apply, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
